  • Provides monitoring, execution-support, and workflow infrastructure tools
  • Requires users to maintain control over their brokerage accounts and trading decisions
3. User Eligibility

By using this platform, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these terms
  • You understand market participation risks
  • You are using only capital you can afford to lose
  • You are not seeking guaranteed returns or overnight wealth
4. User Responsibilities

Users remain solely responsible for:

  • All brokerage account activities and trading decisions
  • Understanding market participation risks before deployment
  • Capital allocation and risk management decisions
  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintaining security of account credentials
  • Reviewing and understanding all platform documentation

Users maintain full ownership and control of their brokerage accounts and credentials at all times. TrishulAI Quant never accesses, controls, or manages user brokerage accounts.

5. Risk Acknowledgment

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:

  • Participation in equity markets involves substantial risk of loss
  • Past performance does not guarantee future results
  • Market volatility can result in significant drawdowns
  • Technology systems may experience interruptions or failures
  • You should only participate with capital appropriate for market exposure
  • No system can eliminate market risk or guarantee profits
6. Platform Services

TrishulAI Quant provides:

  • Market monitoring and scanning infrastructure
  • Execution-support workflow tools
  • Exit management and risk monitoring systems
  • Cloud-based deployment for operational consistency
  • Consultation and onboarding support services

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Fees and Payments

Any fees for platform services will be clearly communicated before engagement. Payment terms, refund policies, and service-level agreements will be specified in separate engagement agreements.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, systems, and intellectual property on the TrishulAI Quant platform remain the exclusive property of TrishulAI Quant. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • TrishulAI Quant is not liable for any trading losses, market losses, or financial damages
  • TrishulAI Quant is not liable for technology interruptions, delays, or failures
  • TrishulAI Quant is not liable for user decisions or market participation outcomes
  • Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for services, if any
10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrishulAI Quant from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or your market participation activities.

11. Termination

TrishulAI Quant reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms.

12. Modifications
